Little Crescendos is a nurturing Suzuki Early Childhood Education class designed for children ages 0–4 and their caregivers. Rooted in the Suzuki philosophy, this class celebrates the joy of learning and connection through music. Through singing, movement, rhythm, and instruments, children and their parent–child partners explore sound and routine in a warm, encouraging environment. Repetition and gentle guidance support early skill development while fostering emotional security.
Each class is designed to meet children where they are, allowing space for growth, exploration, and discovery at their own pace. As musical responses emerge naturally over time, children gain confidence in both expression and listening. Families will leave class not only with beautiful musical memories, but with deeper bonds and tools to bring music into daily life.
Meet Angie & Karina
Angie Meyers began playing the violin at the age of six, sparking a lifelong love of music that led to over 15 years of teaching experience. She studied at the University of Missouri–Kansas City (UMKC) Conservatory and Grand Valley State University, earning a degree in Music and deepening her commitment to both performance and pedagogy.
As a fully certified Suzuki violin teacher, she brings warmth, structure, and intention to every lesson. Also certified in Suzuki Early Childhood Education (SECE) Levels 1 and 2, she has spent the past four years passionately teaching SECE classes. Her early childhood work focuses on building joyful, secure musical foundations for babies and toddlers, helping families connect through music from the very start.
Angie enjoys reading, skiing, and is always knitting something! These activities bring calm and creativity to her as a busy mom of 5.
Karina Brazas is a classically trained soprano with over a decade of professional performance and teaching experience. She holds degrees in vocal performance and brings warmth, expressiveness, and play-based structure to her work with young musicians.
As a certified Suzuki Early Childhood Education (SECE) teacher, Karina delights in helping families build strong musical foundations through joy and connection. Her stage career has taken her across the country in operatic and concert performances—from Mozart to contemporary premieres—and she continues to perform regularly with regional companies and orchestras.
A former Army Brat turned Midwesterner, Karina enjoys hanging out with her two kids, reading, traveling, and baking cheesecake in her free time.
